• Quality Control Officer

  Job description:

  • Inspect products' quality according to quality instructions
  • Inspect and approve quality package according to product specifications
  • Note and report on work that does not meet requirements, Report quality KPI(s)
  • Refresh training for old staff and conduct training on QI(s) for new workers
  • Calibrate and record all the balances used during production
  • Coordinate with the production department to improve the process.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree of biochemistry, chemistry, laboratory or alternative major
  • 0-1 year of experience

• Export Sales Officer

  Jdeideh- Al Metn

  Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Present the company products and services to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, business forums and platforms.
  • Analyze market dynamic and customers' need to offer solutions and integrate the company's products.
  • Follow up on the company and products' registrations in designated export territories by attending webinars and seminars.
  • Follow up the delivery of orders with the warehouse, operations teams, shipping agencies and forwarders.
  • Maintain a high level of personalized customer service at all times

  Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, pharmacy, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Computer skills (MS Office, ERP)
